Write Your Birth Story

You Did it!

Your sweet baby is finally in your arms! It was a joy watching you bring your baby into the world and I’m so glad I could help you remember your big day.

As time goes by, our memories fade. But with all of the hormones, emotions, and sleep deprivation of the postpartum time period, our birth memories slip away especially quickly. You might want to share your birth story with the world, or you may want to keep it to yourself. Either way, I strongly encourage you to write your birth story to treasure forever.

If you would like to share your birth story on my blog, I’ve created a little questionnaire to help guide your thoughts! If you’d rather freely write your birth story, that is perfect, too. (You can either email it to me or scroll down to the last question and copy/paste it there.) I wrote a blog post with helpful tips on how to write your birth story, including how to get yourself in the right state of mind to recall that life-changing chain of events.

So take a few moments to go back to your birthing time! And enjoy!

***Birth partners! There is a questionnaire down at the bottom for you, too, if you would like to share your thoughts!***
